Not sure if its an error or just not working correctly but, did the update include the removal of Shoutbox?

php 7.0 killed the shoutbox..
We are on php 7.1 right now..

the skin on my background is all white and the writing is off. The forum and arcade parts with the posts and games are all ok, though the writing on that is too dark a blue with the dark background to that.

I don't know if this should be in another topic or what, but..... Since the upgrade I have noticed big lag in some games.
Is this happening to anyone else?
