Matrix joined the board within the last couple of days and now finds self locked out so posting this on Matrix's behalf; I'm the party who is responsible for Matrix joining--and now has asked me for help with particularly an issue with account name change. Matrix didn't even get a chance to post on here, so I'm doing that. Will also PM Admin about this sticky situation, but making a point to say Matrix is a gaming associate of mine.
