Game comments II

Add ajax comments on the game page for members to comment about the game on the fly or to chat with member playing said game.

I used to have a chat box within the games but this is an awesome idea that would make replying smoother!

What I am suggesting is adding a comment box below the game on each game page.

I had at one time html comment box as well as face book comment box on my game pages on my live test site.
I didn't like either.
Using the html comment box, each member would have to add their name and for admin to edit any comments you would have to go to html comments site to do that.

And face book just sucks...

The best thing right now is the Chat box above the game..

Any thought on this yet? lol Its been a year.

Maybe send notification to any member that posted a comment on a game page when a new one is made? Just throwing that out there....

I just installed version 1 (Game Comments)..

Each game has its own comment box..Bottom right side..

Version one is awesome! I made a test post on a spongebob game, very nice!

This is a great addon.... can not wait to see how far this goes.

Would you want a pm every time someone commented on a game you commented on ?
Even if it had nothing to do with your comment ?

I could have it post the comment in the forum like for new games or have a comments page like the Latest Scores..

I like how you have it now, creating new thread when a game comment is made.
Will there be an option to create new post in existing thread opposed to creating new thread when a game comment is made?
Also, will you set it up to allow the comments area to only show up to so many comments before it automatically changes to where you would have to scroll the comments to see them all?

Mod and admins can delete/remove comments now, right from the game page.

Avatars and date added.

Where do you stand with this nice feature, is it ready for distribution?

It will have to be rewritten for vb3.8..
