Rate this Game question

When looking at Arcade home page on any game block in the stats section you can not rate any game but can in your Favorites.
Is this normal?

thats the way mine does it too,,,I put the games I like in my favorites and rate

Most places you cant rate a game unless you play it..

If you mark it as favorite,,then you should have played the game..

I`ve added Game-Rating to the game page..

I really never thought of it until now... just thought I would ask, and Thank you.
