Matrix found this board because Clara recommended it, and now is locked out because??

Matrix joined the board within the last couple of days and now finds self locked out so posting this on Matrix's behalf; I'm the party who is responsible for Matrix joining--and now has asked me for help with particularly an issue with account name change. Matrix didn't even get a chance to post on here, so I'm doing that. Will also PM Admin about this sticky situation, but making a point to say Matrix is a gaming associate of mine. :headbang:
